Say Hello to Mission Chinese Food, Gramercy Terrace
Danny Bowien's Mission Chinese Food is coming to New York City on Tuesday. Like the San Francisco original, charity is central to the restaurant. According to Diner's Journal: "A donation of 75 cents from each of 19 entrees will be made to the Food Bank fo'r New York City." DOMA na rohu soft-opened a couple of weeks ago at the corner of Morton Street and Seventh Avenue. They're now gearing up for their grand opening. The name Doma na rohu means "at home on the corner," in Czech.
