Rosemary's opens in the West Village. Chef Wade Moises serves flavorful Italian dishes made with ingredients from the rooftop farm, in a space designed by Dekar to evoke an elegant Tuscan home. Highlights of the menu include fresh pastas and a selection of focacce as an homage to Rosemary's predecessor, Sutter's Bakery. 18 Greenwich Avenue, 212-647-1818

Altamarea Group and chef Michael White will open Nicoletta, their fourth New York City restaurant in the East Village later this week on Friday. Nicoletta will feature White's Midwestern spin on pizza. Nicoletta's menu will also offer Lasagna Napoletana, baked in house daily in limited quantities. 160 Second Avenue, 212-432-1600.
