Social Eatz to Bring Free Tacos, Superfluous 'Z's to Public Tomorrow
It's unfair to prematurely hate a place simply because of its name, so we hope that Angelo Sosa's Social Eatz will have far more to offer to the public than an annoying and completely unnecessary consonant. Either way, we'll find out tomorrow night, when the place opens for dinner. Eater attended a media preview last night and learned that Sosa will give away 100 Korean tacos to freeloading Midtown workers beginning at noon. Expect, as Sosa told us, "American comfort food mingled with Asian flavors," as well as some sort of vague emphasis on socializing and social media.
