Sue Torres Will Revamp the Menu at the Rusty Knot
Perhaps weary of being known more for its wino bus than its food, the Rusty Knot has hired Sue Torres to revamp its bar foods menu. Eater brings word that Torres, who owns Sueños in Chelsea and earned earlier acclaim for her cooking at Los Dados, will bring Latin-themed foods like mango lollipops and tacos al pastor to Taavo Somer and Ken Friedman's two-year-old bar, which initially opened with Joaquin Baca behind the burners.
