Sushi Solution--German-Designed Roller Makes Maki Easy (Or Takes All the Fun Out of It?)
If you've ever made sushi at home, then you know that, after the exhaustive process of making the rice and painstakingly prepping all the fish and veggies, hand rolling it is the most fun part of the whole operation. We're not quite sure if this German-designed maki rolling machine would improve the experience or detract from it, but it sure looks like a cool and superfluous addition any kitchen. The design studio Osko + Deichmann will showcase it at the Kitchen Ecology Exhibition in Los Angeles this June. [Crave]
