Sylvia's Starts Delivery Service for the First Time in 48 Years
Sylvia's now delivers
Sylvia's is now delivering hot buttered soul straight to your doorstep: for the first time in its 48-year history, the iconic Harlem restaurant has a delivery service.
Crain's reports that the Lenox Avenue restaurant is now delivering from West 110th Street to West 145th Street, although if you've got a fat corporate account, no bridge is too far: last week, Vikram Pandit, the CEO of Citigroup, placed an order for 40 people in his midtown office. Apparently, his company's new focus on sustainable growth extends to its employees' waistlines.
