Bar D'eau Terrace Opening, Trump Soho, 246 Spring Street, Monday, 11 a.m

The team behind Sweetwater Social has revamped the cocktail offerings for Trump Soho's outdoor lounge. New drink offerings include the Eastern Gimlet, made with gin, lime leaf, and coconut liqueur; there's also frozen piña coladas and sparkling cocktails. Tableside guacamole, a seafood tower, and a lobster roll round out the menu offerings. The outdoor lounge is open daily throughout the spring and summer.

The 2015 NY Indie Spirits Expo, Penn Club of New York, 30 West 44th Street, Tuesday, 4 p.m.

Want to learn more about the independent distillers taking up your liquor store's shelf space? Representatives from family-owned distilleries making small-batch gin, vodka, bourbon, and more will be on hand to walk guests through tasting notes — and where they find these spirits for their very own home bar. Tickets start at $50; secure them here.

The Beauty Detox Power Book Launch Party, Meet on Chrystie Street, 195 1/2 Chrystie Street, Wednesday, 6:30 p.m.

Red Rabbit Healthy Cooking Labs for Kids, Whole Foods Market, 1551 Third Avenue, Thursday, 4 p.m.

With school almost over, children can continue their education by learning how to chop, mix, and stir their way to a healthy meal. Instructors will teach students the benefits of fresh, non-processed ingredients and what to look for when combing through the aisles of the supermarket. This week's class features panzanella bread salad, and all dishes prepared are vegetarian and nut-free. A schedule of future classes and the option to purchase tickets in advance starting at $20 can be found here.

Umi Bushwick Pop Up Grand Opening, Umi Bushwick, 214 Knickerbocker Avenue, Brooklyn, 9 p.m.

If you're looking for a new late-night snack, a pop-up shop selling wee-hours Asian-style buns is opening this week. The summer pop-up, which runs out of the Sweet & Shiny bakery, was founded by two former NYU students and features chip-encrusted brioche buns with fillings like Sichuan meatballs, catfish, portobello mushrooms, and pulled pork.
