For the January/February issue of Playboy, which was released in print and digital editions last Friday, five big-name chefs stepped out of their working kitchens to prove that they're also "style icons". Marcus Samuelsson (Red Rooster), "the Franks" (Falcinelli and Falcone of Frankie's Spuntino and Prime Meats), and Eric Ripert (Le Bernardin) displayed their playful sides for the "Hail to the Chef" feature. But the media-loving Danny Bowien (Mission Chinese) is the breakout star of the shoot, appearing amid tasteful puffs of flour with flowing locks and flying noodles.

And we're sorry to disappoint any chef-loving readers, but these culinary Adonises are fully clothed for the high fashion spread.[Playboy]
