It combines Old Grand Dad 114 Bourbon, Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac, Smith & Cross Rum, and five-year-old Malmsey Madeira with sugar, full egg, whole milk, and heavy cream. That mix is good enough on its own, but these guys take it a step further. They make a large batch, then place it into sealed glass bottles for three weeks to allow the flavors to meld.
