The Pumpkin Vivisection Season Begins
The farmers markets are now home to many members of the gourd family, and Martha's unleashed her jack o' lantern guide for the obsessively compulsive, so it must mean that it's nearly Halloween. This Wednesday, Jimmy's No. 43 is giving would-be pumpkin vivisectionists an opportunity to sow their creative seeds with a pumpkin carving competition that will take place from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. And, because this is a tavern, the event will also function as a kick-off for Heartland Seasonal/Kelso's new Imperial Pumpkin pumpkin beer.
