This is just one of the many bites you can chow down on at Choice Eats this year: chocolate babka from Breads Bakery.
This is just one of the many bites you can chow down on at Choice Eats this year: chocolate babka from Breads Bakery.

The final countdown for Choice Eats 2016 is on. There are only seven more days until the ninth annual Village Voice tasting extravaganza fills up Metropolitan Pavilion, and we're already daydreaming about chowing down at all those restaurants on Friday, March 11.

VIP and early-entry tickets have already been snatched up faster than a plateful of Breads Bakery's chocolate babka, but you can still score general admission tickets. All levels of entry into Choice Eats will grant you unlimited munching access at all of this year's 65 participating eateries. Plus, everyone will get a complimentary souvenir tasting glass for beer, wine, and spirits — because there's no better way to wash down a croquette or a taco.

In the meantime, we're celebrating by giving you a sneak peek at some of this year's menu so you can nosh your way through Choice Eats with ease. Here's a selection of eats from a bunch of this year's participating restaurants.
