Smashing Pumpkins Beer Fest, Taproom 307, 307 Third Avenue, Wednesday, 4 p.m. until close
Before traveling home to meet the family, fill up a growler with pumpkin beer. Guests can also stick around to sample the final batches of craft seasonal specials like Troegs Master of Pumpkins and Uinta Punk'n Harvest Pumpkin Ale, as all pumpkin flavored brews will be taken off the menu after Thanksgiving.
