Modern Classic Cocktails with Death & Co., 92 Street Y, 1395 Lexington Avenue, Monday, 7 p.m.

This evening of delicious cocktails is brought to you by David Kaplan and Alex Day, the co-founders of Death & Co. The seminar includes a discussion and a demonstration of how to make some of the bar's most popular cocktails, plus tastings. You'll be able to purchase copies of the duo's new book, too. Tickets are $35.

The Real Food Revolution with Congressman Tim Ryan, Dr. Mark Hyman, and Producer Laurie David, ABC Carpet and Home, 888 Broadway, Wednesday, 6:30 p.m.

Those concerned about America's food systems are welcome to meet Ohio Congressman Ryan as well as a few special guests, who will discuss Ryan's latest book The Real Food Revolution, which comes out on Tuesday. The book covers the American family's struggle to access healthy, affordable food options while touching upon issues like tax incentives for urban agricultural projects and how things like celiac disease impact a person's ability to receive quality nutrition. Tickets are $30 and include a copy of the book.

All About Bitters, The Morbid Anatomy Museum, 424 Third Avenue, Brooklyn, Wednesday, 7:30 p.m.

If you're a cocktail enthusiast or budding bartender, consider taking this class about bitters at one of New York's oddest museums. Guests will watch as an expert mixes up two gin cocktails and covers all the bitter bases. The event is presented by the New York Gin Society. Tickets are $30.

Barista Fundamentals, 27 West 20th Street, Suite 1100, Thursday, 10 a.m.

This free class covers what to look for when choosing a bean and how to properly taste what's in your cup. Students will practice pulling shots as well as steaming milk, and they'll learn a few tricks of the pouring trade. The class will conclude with how to properly clean and care for your espresso machine. Students are encouraged to RSVP in advance.

Korean Food Festival, Times Square, 43-44th Broadway Plaza, Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m.

Sample complimentary bites and watch traditional performances at this two day event celebrating Korea's heritage. Look for staples like kimchi and seaweed, and don't miss the traditional Korean marching band and dancers.
