Do you remember what you were eating when the mercury hit 104 last Friday? I bet it wasn't a big cone of hot french fries drenched in mayo, or a half-pound burger mantled with cheese and bacon.
Stimulated by the sweltering temps, Fork in the Road decided to explore what makes a great hot-weather dish. It's a cinch that any cold seafood salad fills the bill, but what about a chowder or a pho?
