Chelsea Triangle French Market Reopens The Chelsea Triangle French Market reopens today at 4 p.m. and will offer fresh and local produce, cheeses, honey, and artisan baked goods from 4 to 8 p.m. The market will run until the end of November. Ninth Ave. between 14th St. and 15th St.
