Under Review: Sietsema at Saltie; DiGregorio at Mercat Negre

This week in the Voice, Our Man Sietsema sets sail for deliciousness at the nautically inspired Saltie, while Sarah DiGregorio discovers authentic Catalan at Mercat Negre.
