Under the Toque: Jason Zukas of 'Chopped' in at Charles; David Chang Hates More Stuff
Charles, in Greenwich Village, has announced that Jason Zukas will take over for executive chef Kristine Mana-ay while she's on maternity leave. Zukas has cooked at Andre Balazs's Sunset Beach on Shelter Island, and was a contestant on Chopped. [Grub Street]
Dennis Foy now owns the Lawrenceville Inn in Lawrenceville, N.J., with his wife, Estelle Quinones-Foy. He used to have an eponymous restaurant in TriBeCa. [NY Times]
