Weekend Brunch at DiWine, Fiat Cafe, Cafe Rue Dix, and Buddakan

Bottomless brunch? Yes, we'd go out in a snowstorm for that.
Bottomless brunch? Yes, we'd go out in a snowstorm for that.

Whether its three or 30 inches that fall this weekend, we're going to have to leave the house sometime, and weekend brunch is calling our name. Here are a few places that will reward you with tasty treats like pancakes for your puddle jumping skills.

Bottomless DiWine, 4115 31st Avenue, Queens, Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m.

If you're willing to part with 11 extra dollars, an endless flow of bellinis, mimosas, and bloodies could be headed your way. This restaurant offers the bottomless deal with the purchase of a $15 prix fixe brunch, which includes coffee or juice along with an entree. The restaurant skews Italian; paninis and pizzas dominate the menu -- though there are plenty of eggs in frittata form.

Cheap Fiat Cafe, 203 Mott Street, Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m.

At this cash-only old-school Italian joint, cheap omelettes and egg dishes are all under $10 -- the most expensive entree on the menu, poached eggs with lox on a muffin, is only $7.50. Pair your breakfast to a selection of Italian espresso and coffee drinks, and try to snag a spot by the window for prime people watching on Little Italy's Mott Street.

Popular Cafe Rue Dix, 1451 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn, Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m.

If you're looking for something fun and completely different, try a few kale cupcakes or a spicy chicken sandwich with Senegalese hot sauce. This French-Senegalese spot in Crown Heights offers a welcome change from the typical brunch fare, including plenty of vegetarian options. Fresh juices abound: Try the cilantro limeade. Most impressive? Fresh bread is baked daily and available to-go.

Dim Sum Buddakan, 75 Ninth Avenue, Sunday, 1 p.m.

Celebrate the year of the horse with dim sum. For $55, guests can enjoy a special prix fixe menu replete with the restaurant's most popular dishes -- think shrimp toast and szechuan pork dumplings -- while they watch lion dancers enact a traditional ceremonial dance. Look, too, for Champagne specials. Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant directly, and an a la carte menu will not be offered.
