Iron Chef America Screening Bagatelle Wednesday, January 26, 8 p.m. Chef Nicolas Cantrel, who just won the Battle Gruyere on Food Network's Iron Chef America, is hosting a special screening of the episode this Wednesday. In addition, all five of his winning dishes will be offered Mondays through Wednesdays, throughout the month of February, including Gruyere Gougères and Gruyere and Black Truffle Gnocchi.

Sausage Festival Loreley Williamsburg January 26 through 30 Sample 12 different types of sausages from Schaller & Weber and the Meat Hook as part of platters of three ($16), five ($22), seven ($27), nine ($33), and the Giant 12 Sausage Platter ($38). Order the largest platters and receive a round of 0.2-liter Koelsch beer on the house. There will be live music on Saturday and more wurst than you can handle.

Metromix Hot Plates Live Astor Center Monday, January 31, 6 p.m. At nearly a buck a bite, $15 tickets buy you tastes of dishes from Anfora, Bomboloni, Brats: Dogs & Wieners, Brindle Room, Hecho en Dumbo, Hill Country Chicken, Joe Coffee, Lowcountry, and a special glimpse of Baohaus's new non-bao dish that Eddie Huang has up his sleeve.
