Little India: Shop and Cook ($85) Indian Culinary Center November 14 Discover the neighborhood known as Curry Hill, the part of Murray Hill noted for its Indian restaurants and food shops. Explore the neighborhood as you shop for spices and ingredients, then head back to the Indian Culinary Center to prepare a meal of Mini Samosas with Tamarind Chutney, Tandoori Chicken Two Ways, Seasonal Vegetables Indian Style, Basmati Rice Pulao, Daal with Curry Leaves and Garlic, Ras Malai or Mango/Pistachio Ice Cream.
