John Messinger/T Magazine
A few weeks after Ken Friedman told Fork in the Road that he was indeed planning to open a new John Dory in the Ace Hotel, a tipster writes in with an update: "There will be no kitchen in the restaurant when it opens. Just a raw bar with a buildout coming down the line."
So don't start queuing for the Dover sole quite yet.
Also, if you're planning to hit England's Glastonbury Festival in June, said tipster adds that the Spotted Pig will have a food concession/kiosk there, which makes this the first time we've heard about the food line-up at a rock festival before the actual musical line-up. Brooklyn Flea, what have you wrought?
