Where Was I Eating? Colonie
How can you go wrong with creamy, fattening duck on toast?
And once again, the games have ended. But a great showing from everyone who played. Only one person can win, though, and that individual correctly named the restaurant in question as Colonie. I was eating the duck rillettes crostini, piled high with unctuous, shredded meat and a scattering of pickled onions. The smallish portion makes for a lovely snack while perusing the menu, or an appetizer for those dainty eaters.
Congratulations to Paul L., who correctly named the spot. Please email me with your mailing address to claim your cookbook. Thanks to all who played, and come back next Monday afternoon for a whole new round of Where Am I Eating?
