Whole Foods Is Opening a Store in Harlem

Whole Foods has confirmed via its Facebook page that it is opening a new location in Harlem.
From the website:
Great news. In addition to 2 new stores in Brooklyn in the coming years, we are adding 2 new Manhattan stores. Upper East Side at 87th street & 3rd avenue (projected to open in 2014) and Harlem, at 125th street & Lennox (projected to open in 2015).
The 39,000-square-feet store will be built on an lot at 100 West 125th Street. The Post reports that Whole Foods will occupy the ground floor while a Burlington Coat Factory will take the top three floors.
Rent will be more than $180 per foot.
