Chef Owen Clark, the former chef behind the now-closed Gwynnett Street, teamed up with chef Samantha Diaz and the owners of The Saint Austere (613 Grand St.) in Williamsburg to throw a collaborative pop-up dinner at the Grand Street eatery on Sunday, March 16. The Saint Austere owner Jacqueline Pirolo, with her brothers Fabrizio and Gian Franco Pirolo, explain that the Grand Street community shares a similar clientele and the collaboratives evolved from their similar sensibilities.
