What better to do on a steamy August afternoon than parade around Time Square in your underwear? Thus was born National Underwear Day. Half fashion show, half PR stunt, National Underwear Day is brought to you annually by underwear website FreshPair.com. Models pranced around and show off their "unmentionables" while visitors waited in line to pick up a "fresh pair" of their own: all in the name of cleaning up the public image of undies.
