The Bronx Giverny: Walk in Monet's French Garden

1 of 12

On view through Oct. 21 at the New York Botanical Gardens, "Monet's Garden" pays tribute to the brilliant French Impressionist Claude Monet and the magnificent gardens at his beloved home in Giverny, France. Monet was an avid gardener who once reflected that perhaps flowers were the reason he became a painter and this stunning tribute explores the legacy of his garden, transforming the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory into a floral masterpiece of bold colors, diverse plants, and striking design. Photographs and text by: Christina Ascani
