the "L word"
the "L word"
I don't think that anyone was saying that the pics "Promote/were Promoting" police brutality, but rather that they were being used in a sensational way; to garner laughs, or to paint a picture of excitement about the evening's events. Whereas, in actuality there was much more to the story than two degrading pictures can tell. The girl could barely stand up; she could have easily been cuffed and tossed into a police car by the numerous cops that were three times her size where she could have sweated it out. But instead, she was repeatedly tossed to the ground (in January, with hardly any clothes on) and bloodied. Nobody is saying that there was police brutality technically committed, but anybody that can use their brain knows that cops don't need to throw people around like garbage. They're supposed to keep the peace, not take a bad situation and make it worse; which unfortunately happens too often. Remember that not too long ago they used a taser to get a man off a roof and killed him. Anytime somebody gets manhandled by the police it shouldn't be laughed at or tolerated. They work a shift just like everyone else. They should slow down and take the time to resolve situations peacefully, not by using brute force.
Ugh, None of these women are remotely attractive. Better for us straights then, you get all the ugly bull-dykes, we get the rest.
