The 17th annual New York City Tattoo Convention returned over the weekend to Roseland Ballroom (239 W. 52nd Street). Photographer Jena Cumbo asked a dozen people what inspired them to get tattoos on their faces (or necks or heads) and brings back these photos, plus others from the convention, which lasted through Sunday.
