For the entire calender year of 2012, our own Victoria Bekiempis is putting herself through a monumental experiment of her own invention: Year of the Takeout. What does this entail? Why, she just has to eat a new Chinese takeout dish EVERY SINGLE DAY of the year. To mark the halfway point of this incredible culinary adventure, we asked her to select her favorite dishes (so far).
