ALL THE LADIES MAN
Robert Redford is a heartthrob among generations. Case in point: I was first introduced to him in high school AP Government class. My teacher screened All the Presidents Men, prefacing it not with the importance of its topic, but on how dreamy its star is. This middle-aged Catholic conservative lady watched the political drama with as much drool escaping from the sides of her lips as that of us pubescent girls. Tonight, Mr. Sundance himself is joined in discussion with Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, the Watergate-exposing journalists he and Dustin Hoffman portrayed in the film, after a screening thats part of a dreamy Redford marathon at BAM. After taking in The Way We Were, Out of Africa, and The Natural, we might just drown in our own spittle.
