Belongings: A Poetry Experience
In 2006 poet Marina Garcia-Vasquez experienced her first winter in New York City. During that period there were a few items that in sorts became essential in both utility and sentiment. The exhibition here revolves around those very items that have been translated into photographs by Luke Abiol. Belongings exists as seven portraits with handwritten poetry by Garcia-Vasquez.
