Maybe for the night, theyll consider rebranding as Dead Dogs. Tinny, drawling, joy divided post-punkers Blank Dogs bring their pretty detachment to Home Sweet Home, a tiny, basement Lower East Side bar replete with creepy-kitsch taxidermied animals at every turn. Either the Brooklyn outfit will situate themselves next to the horse head or jam into the equally crowded rear dance floor; last years debut, Under and Under, couldnt find a weirder space to be revisited live. Its a bizarre New Years miracle. Part of the Wierd Party, run by DJ/artist Pieter Schoolwerth.
