Not raising her voice much above a whisper as she roams and romps through the Great American Songbook, she still accomplishes plenty. Just as she never goes anywhere close to overdoing the vocals, she keeps the piano accompaniment economical and choice. Fellow pianist/impresario Ronny Whyte's series remains just about the best bargain in town.
