When was the last time you heard an angry hardcore band sing about acid rain? Well, hardcore-thrash-metal "crossover" trailblazers D.R.I. (that's Dirty Rotten Imbeciles, for the imbecilic) are reuniting and touring anyway. The best kind of nostalgia act, D.R.I.'s finest records were snapshots of the year they were made. Their 1985 classic, Dealing With It, contains the lyrics "Reaganomics killing me," and they released "Gun Control" the same year that the newly coronated King George Bush I banned the importing of assault rifles. Mosh and learn. With Rumpelstiltskin Grinder.
