If you couldn't get Dad tickets to see the Yankees and Mets at Yankee Stadium—and if you did, Dad probably sold them on StubHub and kept the cash—here's a fun alternative: Father's Day seats for New York's greatest minor league rivalry, the Staten Island Yanks vs. the Brooklyn Cyclones (or the Yankees Class-A Affiliate vs. the Mets Class-A Affiliate). Keyspan Park is a ballpark by the sea with a natural breeze and a killer view of the Wonder Wheel and the Cyclone. Free visor caps are being given away, and after the game, the kids can come on the field and run the bases. Don't forget to touch the statue of Jackie Robinson and Pee Wee Reese, which stands at the entrance to the park. Tickets are available at the Cyclones' website, or you can always get them on the street just before game time.
