After a year of calypso gold, Montreal solo artist Grimes will usher in 2011's newest influence: lo-fi Enya. Her soaring monosyllabic utterings are matched by a dreamy palette of Eastern influences and glitchy beats--hearts are captured with one bounce of her token Troll-hair updo. Backups Doldrums (Toronto art rock), Megafortress (one man desert-drone), and Toby Aronson (Vermont acoustics) finish off a night at Glasslands that should be Crystal Castles for the unfamiliar.
