Up around Harlem, theres a daunting haven for overachievers known as the Barnard-Columbia-Juilliard Exchange Program: it allows students to earn a B.A. from Barnard or Columbia and a masters from Juilliard in a mere five years. These talented, insomniac musicians show their prodigal chops annually at the Barnard-Columbia-Juilliard Fall Recital, and this years 13 candidates will tackle Beethoven (Piano Trio in D major), Mendelssohn (first movement of Octet in E-flat major), and more. Gratulationes, Ivies.
