Laurel Halo+Julia Holter
The Ecstatic Music Festival brings together Pitchfork-adored experimental singers Laurel Halo and Julia Holter for a collaboration with Parisian electronic composer Daniel Wohl, one that will feature both compositions commissioned for the occasion and new arrangements of the individuals older songs. Synth-pop, mewling vocals, and more typical indie abstractions collide in this high-minded classical context.
