Get ready to rumble. . . in a respectful and enlightened fashion. The No. 1 surf-rock combo who wears Mexican wrestling masks, Los Straitjackets, play today at New York's only venue befitting such an act, Lincoln Centeror at least Lincoln Center,s front yard. As part of a very left-of-center lineup for that institution's Out of Doors festival, they will perform alongside bawdy ragtime troupe Asylum Street Spankers, the tongue-in-cheek burlesque of the World Famous Pontani Sisters, and the Niger-based blues group Etran Finatawa.
