Japanese post-rock heroes Mono lean toward wide-screen visions, hi-definition dynamics, and Michael Bay-style explosions. They're touring in support of their grandest opus yet, a live album in which the band teams with New York's 24-piece Wordless Music Orchestra. This tour strips them back to their four-piece lineup, but they will probably be thinking big anyway, indulging in their recent Morricone kick and playing hypnotic riffs to the heavens.
