Dr. Frankenstein and his murderous creation occur in this supple and extremely creepy adaptation of Mary Shelley’s novel by Neal Bell, a playwright with a taste for the gruesome and sanguinary. (The title of another recent play: Spatter Pattern.) PTP/NYC’s Jim Petosa animates this drama—hopefully he didn’t need to rob any graves to do it.
