Artists associated with "boutique service firm" Organic Entertainment deliver an extremely rare performance of the 25 madrigals that legendary blind street composer Moondog began writing in 1951. He took them up again in 1968 after hearing that Big Brother and the Holding Company had recorded madrigal four, "All Is Loneliness." Moondog's charming cycle of rounds and canons (released on the 1971 album Moondog 2) begins and ends in C major, hitting the remaining keys in-between.
