AGENT COOPER: Diane, 8:30 p.m., February 27th, entering the town of Williamsburg. I’ve never seen so many stylish young people in my life. As W.C. Fields would say, I’d rather be here than in Philadelphia. I’ve stopped into a place called Videology. Everyone’s about to play something called Twin Peaks Bingo: Season 2.
All the game cards have Twin Peaks references on them—Bob, the Log Lady, One-Eyed Jacks—and the players mark their cards as the characters, places, and catchphrases appear on the show. Who knew all these people would be so interested in the case of Laura Palmer more than 20 years later? Oh, and Diane, you’ll never believe this—they’re serving cherry pie!
