At press time, the House Republican plan to cut all federal funding for Planned Parenthood is losing traction: Senator Scott Brown, Republican of Massachusetts, just voiced his opposition, and other voters are rumored to follow his lead. But this biased and bull-headed scheme to eliminate all federal grants and contracts with the women's health provider (approximately $300 million worth) is still on the tablehence the Planned Parenthood of NYC Benefit tonight.
