One way to find Yvette? Spend a few months at venues like Silent Barn, Shea Stadium, and Knitting Factory and come to realize that this local duo is continually outplaying even the bands billed above them. An easier (and more cost-effective) one? Take our word for it and go see them tonight at Glasslands, where, a month and a half after the release of their new album, Process, they headline a show with Christines and Future Punx. If the record is any indication, expect songs filled with dopamine-triggering twists that suggest that warehouse noise rockers have just as much a claim on — in the words of the first track’s title — “Pure Pleasure” as do the pop stars and pop-ists.
