They've got a ways to catch up with the Who, but Primus is now on their second reunion jaunt, and good for them. Their weird, bent music was always funny and fun (often more so than the Chili Peppers) and made for a neat variation on post-punk's long time funk fixation. Les Claypool will be drawling and plunking away on
bass, as always, so what's not to like here? The only foreseeable problem is that Gogol Bordello's wild antics make them a tough act to followEugene Hutz and Co. could conceivably steal the headliner's slot and beyond.
