READY TO CRUMBLE?
Chocolate chip, sugar, oatmeal, blue cheese, and bacon . . . wait, blue cheese and bacon? The Cookie Takedown has seen it all, and who knows what mind-blowing new flavors Santa will bring this year. Thirty amateur cookie chefs will break out their rolling pins and mixing bowls in the next installment of the Takedown series (which began with chili cookoffs and branched out to fondue, salsa, and curry competitions). For a mere $10, you can eat as many cookies as is physically possible—until, perhaps, your belly shakes like a bowlful of jelly. Spiked eggnog will also be served.
