Now, the gourmet collective is in thewait for itmarket for live music, and Mountains, a spare folk-pop duo from Brooklyn, should translate beautifully in the industrial-chic space. Their ambient new album, Choral (on Thrill Jockey), is delectable, airy, luscious . . . Oh, God, shouldn't have skipped lunch.
