On “Latch,” the first single from British house duo Disclosure, the brothers Lawrence use dubstep wobbles sparingly but effectively. Rather than dominate the tune, they accent it, giving it—and everyone on the floor dancing along—a late-night jolt of energy. After touring with Hot Chip and SBTRKT, the group caught the attention of dance dilettantes with their elastic remix of Jessie Ware’s “Running,” parlaying that success into gigs around the world, a forthcoming album on Island, and, with “Latch,” a genuine hit in the U.K. Tonight, they play the Music Hall of Williamsburg, injecting more energy into an already juiced-up crowd.
