Sixpence None the Richer
Although Sixpence None the Richer owe much of their commercial success to the pivotal role “Kiss Me” played in She’s All That, the band runs a surprisingly steady CV of catchy Christian pop rock. Formed in Texas in the early ‘90s, Sixpence capitalized on their understated charm early, following up their first success with a cover of “There She Goes” that maintained their position in the national pop spotlight. After a three-year hiatus in the early aughts, the trio is back churning out the palatable melodies that got them famous.
